Kate O'Sullivan MISCP
BSc. Physiotherapy.
Kate is a member of both CORU and the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists with over a decade of experience helping people move with confidence, overcome pain, and get back to the activities they love.
She began her physiotherapy journey in Ireland, graduating with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, before moving to London to broaden her clinical experience. Since then, she has worked across the NHS, private practice, and specialist neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation settings, giving her a wide perspective on patient care.
Her special interest is musculoskeletal physiotherapy — from acute injuries to persistent pain conditions. Over the years, she has treated everything from osteoarthritis, spinal issues to sports-related injuries, tailoring each programme to the individual. She particularly enjoys setting realistic, patient-centred goals and helping people not only recover but to also build resilience for the future.
Beyond her clinical work, she has a keen interest in rowing, GAA and more recently, running and weightlifting. She has previously rowed competitively in Ireland, the UK, and the US. Since moving back to Cork, she has started back playing Camogie and taking part in her local Parkrun.
